- Champ Award in July 2009 in 3DPLM ( A joint venture between Geometrics and Dassault System ).
- Team Synergy Award in June 2009 in 3DPLM.
- Won Ennovia Innovation Contest first prize in Feb 2009 in 3DPLM
- Exemplary Performance Award, a SMART Excellence Award [2007], awarded by Vice President of Tech Mahindra Ltd. On the 100th Live Release of the Application in Production.
- Star Performer Award by Tech Mahindra for the year 2007-2008.
- Cookies Award by Tech Mahindra presented for one delivery in May 08.
- Completed all the assignments and transitions successfully, much before the deadline.
- Key contributor in one of the most business critical deliveries of SMART Application to British Telecom. This delivery catered to meet the Telecom Strategic Review Guidelines regulated by the OFCOM [UK Telecom Regulatory Authority] and made SMART compliant to the guidelines of OFCOM. I was responsible for Requirement Capturing, Analysis for Solution Design, Development and Unit Testing for the delivery.
- Had got the live faults count to zero for which had got lots of appreciation from the higher management.
- Topped the Initial Training program batch in Tech Mahindra.
- Teaching freshers in Tech Mahindra subjects like C++,VC++.
- Won a mini – project competition in 2005 for a project called as “C in Hindi” held at M.E.S College of Engineering Pune.
